CJ Allen, a former Washington State standout currently residing in Georgia pursuing his Masters degree as well as a doctorate, took third in the 400-meter hurdles semifinals, clocking 48.75 seconds to advance to the final at the Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
